How to write to contractor to poor quality of installation of pole marker.
M/s ....xxxxx... projects.
It has been observed on 23.11.2020 that root installation of pole marker is in poor quality at Gate no -1 ..xxxxxx...colony sec 9 vaishali, PCC not done as per standard and pole marker length is also less as per technical tender. This type installation is not accepted .
Length of pole marker in technical tender 2800 mm.
length of pole marker installed by you 2500 mm.
Your performance is being monitored by us and it has been observed that your performance in the company is not satisfactory. We have also given you mail regarding construction of a valve chamber of advice to improve your performance and some verbal warnings. But we did not see any improvement in your performance.
We will have to take serious action against you if you will not improve your performance. You are advised to work with complete diligence and passion.
