How to ask EMI amount of Credit card payment deduct twice for same EMI from Account No.: xxx.

 Dear sir,


I have already paid my Credit card EMI as on date..xx.xx.xxxx. of Rs xxx.... with reference No  xxxx6792xx . In-spite of payment done successfully. Again deduct same amount xxx .. with reference No - xxxx.... on date.. from my  Savings Account No.: ...xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx..  I want to refund the above said amount as soon as  possible .

Note - Bank Statement attached for your reference.
