How to ask your salary from company by mail.

 Dear sir,

I had been employee of your company (....M/s.... Pvt Ltd) from 01.04.2018 to 30.04.2019 for working with....(company name).... Ltd sec 9 Vaishali. I have not received my salary of Month April 2019 . I was present 26 days in this month. In-spite of many verbal reminders to your representative Mr xxxx (9xxxxxx92x).But they did not take any affirmative action. I am getting harass due to negligence.
Please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
